Shipping policy
I. Delivery Scope
We are proud to offer comprehensive delivery services for health supplements across all 50 states in the United States. Whether you are located in a bustling city or a remote town, we strive to ensure that you can conveniently receive the health supplements you desire. However, there may be restrictions on delivering to some overseas territories and special military addresses. The system will automatically detect and inform you of relevant situations when you place an order.
II. Delivery Methods and Timeframes
(I) Standard Delivery
1. **Delivery Time**: After your order is successfully confirmed and payment is completed, we will arrange shipment within 1 - 3 working days. Once the goods are dispatched, they usually arrive at most locations in the United States within 5 - 8 working days. However, during peak shopping seasons (such as holiday promotions) or in case of force majeure factors like extreme weather, the delivery time may be extended.
2. Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for standard delivery is calculated based on the total weight of the order. The specific charging standards are as follows:
- For orders weighing between 1 - 2 pounds (approximately 0.45 - 0.91 kilograms), the shipping fee is $8.
- For orders weighing between 2 - 5 pounds (approximately 0.91 - 2.27 kilograms), the shipping fee is $12.
- For orders weighing over 5 pounds (approximately 2.27 kilograms), an additional $2 will be charged for each additional pound (approximately 0.45 kilograms).
(II) Expedited Delivery
1. Delivery Time: If you would like to receive your health supplements as soon as possible, you can choose the expedited delivery service. We will prioritize processing and dispatch your order within 1 working day after order confirmation, ensuring that the package arrives within 2 - 3 working days after shipment.
2. Shipping Fee: The expedited delivery service incurs an additional charge. The specific fee is based on the order weight and the distance to the destination. Generally, the expedited delivery fee is an additional $15 - $30 on top of the standard delivery fee. The exact amount will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.
(III) Next-Day Delivery
1. Delivery Time: For customers who need to use health supplements urgently, we offer next-day delivery service (available in some areas). If your order is confirmed and paid before 2:00 PM on a weekday, we will ship it on the same day, ensuring that the package arrives on the next working day. Please note that not all areas are eligible for next-day delivery. The system will automatically determine whether your location meets the requirements when you place an order.
2. Shipping Fee: The next-day delivery service fee is relatively high. A flat additional fee of $40 is charged, plus the basic shipping fee calculated based on the order weight (using the same calculation method as the standard delivery fee).
III. Package Tracking
To keep you informed about the status of your package at all times, we provide detailed package tracking services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a tracking link. You can easily track your package in the following two ways:
1. Click on the tracking link in the email to directly jump to the official website of the logistics carrier. Enter the tracking number to view detailed information such as the real-time location of the package and the estimated delivery time.
2. Log in to our Shopify store, go to the "My Orders" page, find the corresponding order, and click the "View Logistics" button to view the updated shipping status of the package within the store.
IV. Delivery Restrictions
1. Product Restrictions: Due to the special composition and nature of health supplements, some products containing specific ingredients or requiring special storage conditions may not be deliverable to certain areas, especially in some states with stricter regulations on health supplements. Specific restriction information will be clearly marked on the product details page. Please check carefully before purchasing.
2. Address Restrictions: Delivery may be affected for some post office box addresses, military base addresses, or remote areas that are difficult to reach accurately. In such cases, we may contact you to negotiate a more suitable delivery method or address.
V. Lost or Damaged Packages
We understand the importance of your package arriving safely. In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged package, please follow these procedures:
1. Lost Package: If you haven't received your package by the estimated delivery date and the tracking information indicates that the package is lost, please contact our customer service team within 5 working days of discovery. We will immediately initiate an investigation with the logistics carrier. After verifying the situation, we will either resend the same health supplements to you free of charge or issue a full refund within 7 working days, depending on your choice.
2. Damaged Package: If the package you receive shows obvious signs of damage or the health supplements inside are broken, please take pictures as evidence within 24 hours of receiving the package and contact our customer service. We will arrange to resend a new product, issue a partial refund, or provide other reasonable solutions based on the degree of damage to ensure your rights and interests are protected.
VI. Return and Exchange Policies
(I) Returns
1. Return Period: We offer a 45-day no-questions-asked return policy for customers in the United States, starting from the date of receiving the product. As long as you are not satisfied with the health supplements you purchased, you can apply for a return within the specified time.
2. Return Conditions: The returned health supplements must be in their original condition, meaning unopened, unused, and with the packaging, labels, instructions, etc. intact. If the product has been opened or used, it can only be returned in case of quality problems.
3. Return Process: Please first log in to our store, find the order you need to return in the "My Orders" section, click the "Apply for Return" button, fill in relevant information such as the reason for return, and submit the application. Our customer service team will review the application within 2 working days and notify you of the review result via email. After the review is approved, we will provide you with the return address and a return label (in some cases, you may need to bear the return shipping cost yourself; the specific details will be notified by the customer service). Please carefully pack the product, attach the return label, and hand it over to the designated logistics carrier for return.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will refund the amount to your original payment account within 7 working days. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card account.
(II) Exchanges
1. Exchange Period: If you need to exchange the specifications, flavors, or other non-quality-related aspects of the health supplements, you can apply for an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. Exchange Process: Similar to the return process, click "Apply for Exchange" in the "My Orders" section, clearly state the reason for the exchange and the information of the product you want to exchange. After our review and approval, we will provide you with the exchange address. Please send back the original product. Once we receive it and confirm that everything is in order, we will send out the exchanged product as soon as possible. For the shipping costs incurred during the exchange process, if the exchange is due to the customer's own reasons, the customer needs to bear the cost; if it is due to product quality problems, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
